Other Pickups

For non-airport pickups, including hotels, residential addresses, or other locations, our chauffeurs offer a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the confirmed pickup time.

Additional Waiting Time

If additional waiting time is required beyond the complimentary period, it will be charged at the applicable hourly rate for the vehicle class booked. The additional waiting time will be billed in 15-minute increments to provide flexibility and accommodate your needs.

Delayed Flights

In the event of flight delays, Eiremov closely monitors your flight status to adjust the pickup time accordingly. Our chauffeurs will be informed of any delays and will adjust the pickup time to ensure they are there to greet you when you arrive.

Handling Delays: Flights and Trains

If your flight or train is delayed, Eiremov has you covered. We closely monitor your flight or train status in real-time to adjust the pickup time accordingly. For flights, our chauffeurs will wait for up to 60 minutes after the new arrival time. For trains, we offer a 30-minute complimentary waiting period after the scheduled arrival.

There is no need to worry or contact us in case of a delay; we will automatically adjust your pickup time based on the updated arrival information to ensure a seamless experience.

Eiremov hourly chauffeur service allows you to choose or change your destination at any time during your trip. However, it is important to ensure that your chauffeur has enough time to return to their starting city by the end of your booking period. For intercity travel, we recommend booking our City-to-City rides instead.

Eiremov currently does not support the creation of round-trip bookings. However, you can easily manage your travel needs with our flexible one-way and hourly booking options.

  • Book Each Leg Separately: To complete a round trip, simply book each leg of your journey as a separate one-way trip.
